Responsibilities:
8 {% O) Z9 |6 |: k• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
@/ t! F8 [8 i8 {: r) U9 O- ]* M& X• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;9 w# A% p$ M. [2 x2 v9 w. U
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;/ p# W! D8 `/ E! b
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
" K0 L6 k; I* g( r. }• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
0 A! V/ Y0 N- R2 m) q• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
! C8 y* M% }* C9 D• College or bachelor degree above;8 |1 e- {0 n$ @$ {" Q J
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
; s3 ?6 P3 o4 U- Q2 R) s• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
2 H( m! H5 \" E6 o" t7 n/ ]' A• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;2 R8 n1 Z4 q& g
• Responsible and reliable9 D) `& {" D8 \, \$ p* f: U0 H, G
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
