Essential Functions (Responsibilities):8 {/ m$ c, t$ S3 |3 V* Z( c
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:: M7 k6 ~0 J6 W- H6 J5 |) d
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
1 C5 @  }4 T  {# y! u, T& g, T- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
3 }6 ~5 C( s! _0 U3 ~( M- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.4 v, T; m9 h6 o. W( [, q( W8 C' e
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
8 W; f( B0 ~) E* ]; L( G3 d- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
5 ]* `% X6 \" K- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
! u; y1 Y3 g) \; Z3 H% V" b5 L-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office+ Q( w  }& b* e( Q2 B. p4 @* y
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
$ B0 X) X4 i# g% |6 _- {- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations
! z  @, i; L- b( c/ B4 ~2 N$ {* W2 Q+ F7 O
Qualifications / Requirements:
5 `9 J  r2 T+ O4 Y* U* N
8 o% I, |5 h! E- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
( `$ C6 R1 U2 n( d! x) i3 d! y- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters % {% W8 X% N9 v' d8 L7 n
- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
2 M( b' G- B2 y# W# v- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
& g8 E' g. i4 Q6 {* B- Languages: fluent English speaking
